Healthy Eating Ideas Made Simple
Who doesn’t need healthy eating ideas? I look for inspiration all the time online, on TV, in social media and exploring my city. We eat more than 1000 meals in a years time, for me that scream variety.
I believe that food should be enjoyable, but it also needs to give your body the proper nutrients to be able to move the thousands of metabolic processes that keep us moving.
Helping patients to find a diet that works best for their body is one of the areas that I focus my efforts on. I sometimes ask patients to remove foods (even for brief periods of time) to see if their removal impacts their body.
This ask can be very challenging for some individuals, especially when they need to eat on the go, or with their families.
I wanted to create a section on this website that helped people become inspired to eat well, not just for taste, but also for fuel. Hence “Healthy Eating Ideas” was born. This section shares recipes, resources and places to eat when you are out that can help you stick to foods that are best for your body.
I’m always looking for suggestions and ideas to incorporate in this section, if you have any, please message me and I’ll credit you in sharing them.
Eating Out I love to food and love getting inspired by amazing chefs and food lovers around the world. I used this section to highlight some great spots that have healthy options. We eat gluten-free, so we will always highlight spots that have great gluten-free options for people wanting to find something delicious that fits in their lifestyle plan.
Online Resources I am also a fan girl, there are some amazing people out there sharing great resources and ideas on eating. So I’ve added some of my favourites here.
